I have over 20 years of REALTOR® association management experience, and during that time I’ve had the privilege of working with both small-staffed and larger staffed associations. That range of experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities each type of association faces. I’ve served in roles covering education, professional standards, membership, and events—so I know firsthand what it takes to make things run smoothly behind the scenes.

I started Cornerstone Education Alliance (CEA) because I saw the need for a true bridge between associations, brokerages, and elite educators. My vision is to go beyond simply delivering CE hours. I want to create learning experiences that give real estate professionals the tools, confidence, and momentum to thrive in their businesses and their lives.
